Fear is often used to control people. Fear is our most powerful emotion and the one that motivates us the most. It is a survival mechanism, that dates back to our caveman days, an instinctual reaction that helps us stay healthy and alive. Why fear stop us?
Fear is a powerful force. It helps us stay alive and prevents us from doing stupid stuff. However, it’s also a very limiting mental blockade that can prevent you from achieving the life you want. Fear creates excuses that seem legitimate enough so that you’ll stop taking action and go back to your comfort zone.
